7.	NIGHT GOLF
i)	Night golf timings are notified and are subject to change from time to time
ii)	The time sheet for night golf covers 18 holes only.
iii)	Holes 1 to 18 are available for night play.
iv)	Lights are to be turned on and off by designated staff only
v)	Specific charges to cover expenses connected with night golf operations are payable by all persons including Members, Corporate nominees, their spouses, eligible children and guests as fixed from time to time.
vi)	Rates for green fees, caddies and cart fees are higher than the day rates and are subject to change from time to time.
vii)	Initially the night golf will be operational only on specified days of the week.
viii)	The management reserves the right and at its sole discretion may call off night golf on any day without assigning any reason whatsoever.
ix)	If the game is played over day and night proportionate green fees would be charged for number of holes played during day or night.

8.	CANCELLATION OF PLAY
	(Applicable to day, night or day & night golf)
i)	If booking is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the fixed time, there is no cancellation charge.
ii)	If booking is cancelled less than 48 but more than 24 hours prior to the fixed time, cancellation charges equal to fifty percent of the current green fee payable in respect of guests and caddie charges for each player is debited to the account of the Member or the Corporate nominee concerned.
iii)	If cancellation is done less than 24 hours prior to the fixed time, the cancellation charges are equal to seventy five percent of the aforesaid green fee and caddie charges.
iv)	If cancellation is not done or players do not turn up at all up to the fixed time or turn up after the fixed time, then the cancellation charges to be debited are equal to hundred percent of the aforesaid green fee and caddie charges.

9.	STOPPAGE OF PLAY DUE TO RAIN
	If due to sudden rainfall, the playing of golf has to be stopped, the Club reduces the hiring charges in respect of Clubs, caddies, carts and also green fees on the basis laid down below :
a)	Entire amount of hiring charges and green fees is refunded if a person has played less than six holes out of a round of eighteen holes.
b)	If a person has played less than 12 holes out of eighteen holes, the aforesaid amounts to be refunded is the same as is chargeable in respect of nine holes.
c)	If a person has played less than 3 holes out of 3 holes, the aforesaid amounts are fully refunded.
	These refunds are payable only in respect of day golf. No refund is allowed in respect of interruption of play due to rain in the case of night golf.

10.	ATTIRE
i)	All those who enter the golf course have to be attired appropriately..
ii)	Gentlemen are expected to wear trousers, or just above knee shorts and collared T-shirts.
iii)	Jeans and track suit pants are not allowed.
iv)	Golf shoes with soft spikes alone are permitted. Metal spikes are prohibited.
