CHARGES FOR USE OF FACILITIES |
| i) |
Members, Corporate nominees, their spouses and eligible children are entitled to use the golf course for day golf free of charge. However, a specific charge to cover expenses connected with night golf operations shall be payable by all of them. |
| ii) |
Subject to restrictions imposed from time to time, Members and Corporate nominees may bring guests to play along with them on payment of green fees and other charges. |
| iii) |
Golf balls will be brought by the players themselves or bought from the Club. |
| iv) |
Players are free to bring their own golf Club set or take them on rent from the Club. |
| v) |
All golf related equipment other than carts can also be brought by the players themselves or taken on rent from the Club. |

HANDICAPPING |
| i) |
The USGA handicapping system is in operation. |
| ii) |
All members with an approved handicap may participate in Club "Members Only" tournaments. Members and guests who participate in Club "Open" tournaments must have an approved or recognized golf club handicap. The Director of Golf may review all handicaps. |
| iii) |
To establish a handicap, a player must have returned a minimum of five scores. Players are responsible for turning in all their scores on a daily basis. Any players' failure to turn in a score will result in a score being posted that is equal to his lowest score on record. |
| iv) |
Handicaps are revised once a month and placed on the notice board. |
| v) |
Handicapping booklets and regular handicapping information is made available to all members. |
| 5. |
CADDIES |
| i) |
Every player has to hire a caddie appointed by the Club.Caddies are allotted by Caddie Major and no one is entitled to ask for a particular caddie. |
| ii) |
Every player is expected to fill up a Caddie Appraisal Form which is attached to the score card. |
| iii) |
Any complaint against a caddie has to be made to the Caddie major as soon as possible. |
| 6. |
GOLF CARTS |
| i) |
Private golf carts are allowed to be used on the golf course. |
| ii) |
The Club alone provides carts on hire on execution of a disclaimer form. |
| iii) |
If the duty staff feels that a person is not in a position to operate or use the cart, the hiring of the cart to him may be refused. |
| iv) |
Only two persons and two golf Clubs are allowed in each cart. |
| v) |
Children under the age of eighteen years are not allowed to operate the carts. |
| vi) |
Carts are not allowed to be operated outside the golf course. |
| vii) |
Players have to obey all cart traffic signs and use the golf cart paths near tees and greens. |
| viii) |
Except on cart paths, carts are not allowed to be driven within thirty feet of a green or a tee or through a hazard. |
| ix) |
Every player operates the golf cart at his own risk and if in the course of its operation, the cart or the golf set belonging to the Club is damaged then the cost of replacement or repair is recoverable from the Member or Corporate nominee concerned. |
| x) |
A person taking the cart or other equipment on hire from the Club is not allowed to permit any other person to use the same. |
| xi) |
A cart is hired out for a period of five hours only and if it is retained for a longer period, extra charges are payable. |
| xii) |
It is pre-condition of the hiring out of carts that the users assume full responsibility for liability connected with their operation. Members and Corporate nominees expressly indemnify and hold the Club and its Management harmless from any and all damages whether direct or consequential arising from or related to the use and operation of carts by themselves, their spouses, children and guests.
