Losses, Damages or Injuries

The Club shall not be liable for any type of injury, damage, death or loss suffered to the users of the Club during the cause of their visits to the Club or account of any other club facility use of the Club facilities.

Every Corporate member and every individual Member will be liable for any damage caused to the property of the Club or to the property or person of any executives or employees of the Club or any user of the Club by the Corporate nominee, the individual Member himself or by their guests, spouses and children. Compensation for such damage will be fixed by the Management alone and shall be recoverable from the Corporate or individual Member concerned itself or himself.

All users of the Club facilities are assumed to indemnify and hold harmless DLF Golf Resorts Ltd., its Directors, officers and employees for any loss or damage caused by or resulting from their bonafide acts or omissions.

Any amount determined to be payable by a member under this paragraph shall be paid by him or it to the Club within the time fixed by the Management and in case of his or its failure to do so may be debited against his or its interest free security deposit.

All members entering Golf Course are warned of High Speed ball which can cause even grievous injury/death or loss of property. Further it shall be the duty/obligation of every member to warn his guests and other persons including children accompanying him/her of such danger/risk before entering Golf Course. All such members and their guests/other persons accompanying the member shall be presumed to have consented to the risk of harm from the danger naturally incidental to the presence on the Golf Course. Such person shall enter Golf Course entirely at their own risk and responsibility and the Management shall not be responsible for any consequences whatsoever.

Non-Members

The Management shall have the absolute right to allow the use of Club facilities, including the golf course to any persons who are not members to the Club and without prejudice to the generality of that right to persons staying in the hotels or service apartments, or villas to be built in the vicinity  of the golf course, their guests and family members and members of other Clubs having reciprocal arrangement with the Club and also persons attending functions organised on the premises of the Club.

Category of Membership - Others

Under this category an applicant may be admitted to membership of the Club on such terms and conditions and for such period and tariff as may be decided by the Management in its sole discretion from time to  time .

Further under this category the Management may also, in its sole discretion , admit certain applicants as Mid-Week Members (including senior citizens above 65 years of age, ex-service men,  serving members of defence forces) whose term of membership shall be limited to one year only, are allowed to use golf, Academy, swimming pool and sports facilities (excluding night golf) on Mondays/Wednesdays/Thursdays/Fridays only. Further provided that Mid-Week members shall not be permitted to use the aforesaid golf and sporting facilities on all weekends, i.e., Saturdays and Sundays and also not on any public holidays. Such category of members shall also not be permitted to play night golf on any day.

However on all days they may avail Food, Beverage and bar facilities of the club.

Services of Club Employees

Employees of the club are not permitted to deliver food or beverage to locations away from the immediate area of the Clubhouse, or other designated areas of the Club without prior permission of the Management.

Use of Club Premises and Facilities

Entry of pets including dogs within the premises of the Club is strictly prohibited.

Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted only in designated areas.

Playing of various games such as cards is restricted only to certain rooms and during certain hours.

Parking of vehicles within the premises of the Club is strictly regulated.

Bringing of firearms, ammunition and weapons of any kind within the premises of the Club is strictly prohibited.

Food and beverage will be supplied only by the Club at rates determined from time to time. Catering by outsiders within the Club premises is not permitted, except with the prior permission of the Management.

Users of the Club will not be permitted to give any tips to the members of the staff. A service charge will be debited to the bills relating to food, beverages, liquor and other items.

Children below the age of 12 years will not be allowed entry in the Club unless accompanied by an adult who is himself entitled to use the Club facilities.

Commercial, political, religious and other advertisements within the premises of the Club are prohibited except with prior written approval of the Management.

No posters or petitions can be posted on any property of the Club without prior written permission of the Management.
