Cessation or Termination of Membership

The Management of the Club may at its sole discretion accept the resignation of a member after the expiry of three years from the grant of membership and refund to him or it a part of the interest free security deposit in accordance with the schedule laid down under Rule 7 without payment of interest and forfeit the balance.

In the event of any individual Member or any of his guests , spouse or children being found guilty of questionable behaviour, misconduct or misuse of any of the facilities of the Club, the Management may terminate his membership and forfeit the whole or part of his interest free security deposit in accordance with the Schedule laid down in Rule 7.

In the event of any individual member of any of his guests nominee of a Corporate Member or his guests, spouse or children being found guilty of questionable behaviour, misconduct or misuse of any of the facilities of the Club, the Corporate member may be required by the Management to withdraw himself and propose the name of another nominee acceptable to the Management

Death of an Individual Member

On the death of an Individual Member before the expiry of his terms, the person nominated by him in the application for membership alone shall be admitted as a member of the Club for the unexpired  period of membership and will be entitled to get the refund of the interest free security deposit or part thereof. The Club will not admit the claim of any legal heir or legatee in the absence of a final court order. Nominee succeeding the original member can in turn nominate another person to succeed him in the event of his death, on the same basis.

Membership Card

Every nominee of a Corporate Member and every individual Member and their spouses and eligible children will be issued photo identity cards which will be required to be produced for availing of every facility of the Club.

Loss of the card must be reported to the Club immediately.

The card of the child must be surrendered to the Club as soon as the child ceases to be eligible.

Whenever due to the expiry of the term or otherwise a Corporate Member or an Individual Member ceases to be a member or a Corporate nominee ceases to be a nominee, all cards including those of spouses and children must be surrendered to the Club immediately.

If a spouse ceases to be the spouse, such spouse must surrender the card immediately.

Payment for Services and Facilities

Payment for all services and facilities including food beverages, liquor, hiring of equipment and caddies and guest charges etc. is required to be made in advance by cash, cheques or approved credit cards.

All charges incurred by spouses, children and guests will be debited to the accounts of the individual Members and Corporate nominees concerned themselves.

If a Corporate nominee or individual Member fails to make the payment of the amount due from him/her by the due date of payment then Rs.1.5% per month interest will be charged.

If a corporate nominee of Individual Member fails to make the payment of the amount due from him till end of three months from the due date of payment, he/his spouse and children may be stopped from using the club facilities and their Membership is liable to be terminated at the sole discretion of the Management.

In respect of the amounts payable by a Corporate nominee, he and the Corporate Member shall both be jointly and severally liable to the club.
