UNDERTAKING

I/We have fully read, understood the Rules and Regulations and agree to abide by the same without any reservation. I/We understand that the Rules and Regulations as accepted by us may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of the management and such amendments shall become binding on me/us. I/We agree to be fully liable for the consequences as stipulated in the Rules and Regulations for defaults/violations  committed by me/us. I/We have sought detailed explanations and clarifications from the management in respect of this application and the management has readily provided all such explanations and clarifications and it is only after giving careful consideration to all facts, explanations, clarifications, rules and regulations that I/We have signed this application and rules and regulations and paid monies thereof fully conscious of my/our liabilities and obligations as stipulated in the rules and regulations. I/We further undertake and assure the management that in the event of cancellation of the membership in terms of the Rules and Regulations, I/We agree to abide by the decision of the management and hereby assure the management that I/We shall not dispute op challenge such cancellation/ termination.

All the aforesaid undertakings and commitments given by me/us shall be binding on my/our legal representatives and successors-in-interest and their legal representatives also.
