DLF Golf & Country Club (hereinafter referred to as 'the Club'), DLF City, Gurgaon is a sole proprietory Club owned and run by M/s. DLF Golf Resorts Ltd., DLF Centre, Sansad Marg, New Delhi, a company belonging to the group of M/s. DLF Universal Ltd. It is operating in accordance with the following Rules and Regulations :

Sole Proprietory Club |
| i) |
As the club is a sole proprietory concern belonging to DLF Golf Resorts Ltd. its membership does not confer on the members any right , title or interest of any nature whatsoever in the assets and facilities of the Club. |
| ii) |
The Management of the Club vests exclusively in the Board of Directors of DLF Golf Resorts Ltd. and its authorised executives and employees who in these Rules and Regulations are referred to as 'the Management'. |
| iii) |
The members of the Club have no right to be involved in the Management of the affairs of the Club, either individually or collectively. |
| 2. |
Categories of Members |
|
The Club offers membership for fixed terms for the use of its facilities, including 18-Hole Arnold Palmer Signature Championship Golf Course and Tennis Courts to the following categories of persons : |

| A. |
Corporate Members |
| i) |
Incorporated companies and partnership firms, which are entitled to nominate two or more of their Directors, partners or employees to use the facilities of the Club. |
| ii) |
Incorporated companies and partnership firms formed outside India which can nominate two or more persons to utilize the facilities of the Club. |
| B. |
Individual Members |
| i) |
Residents of India. |
| ii) |
Non-resident Indians . |
| iii) |
Foreign nationals, residing in or visiting India i.e., expatriates. |
| C. |
Others (Under Rule 17) |
| 3. |
Admission |
|
Persons seeking admission to the Club are required to make applications in the forms prescribed from time to time and pay the amounts specified in those forms. Management of the Club has the absolute right to accept or reject any application for membership without assigning any reason and the applicants have no right to challenge the decision of the Management. |

| 4. |
Deposits and Fees |
| i) |
Individuals seeking membership are required to make interest free refundable security deposits with the Club, while Corporates have the option to either make such interest free refundable security deposits or pay non-refundable one-time fee. |
| ii) |
Every individual member and Corporate nominee is also liable to pay advance annual subscription fee. |
| iii) |
The amounts of deposits, one time fees and annual subscriptions are fixed by the Management at its sole discretion, from time to time. |
| 5. |
Entitlement |
|
Club facilities are available to the individual members, and nominees of the Corporate members and their spouses and dependent children, until they attain the age of twenty one years or cease to be dependents, whichever happens earlier (hereinafter referred to as 'the eligible children'). Guests, when accompanied by the individual members or Corporate nominees are also permitted to use the facilities (except on certain specified days) on payment of appropriate charges. |

Charges for Services and Food |
|
|
The
Management of the Club has the sole discretion to fix charges for
use by guests, and for various facilities and food, beverages and
liquor etc., and revise them from all from time to time.
