APPLICABLE TO NON-RESIDENT INDIANS ONLY

I request that instead of me, my spouse and the eligible children be allowed to use the facilities of the club, I / We nominate subject to approval of the management Mr./Mrs./Ms. _____________________________ who is resident of India, and his / her spouse and eligible children whose particulars are given who may be allowed to use the facilities of the club as if he / she is the member and I and my spouse and the eligible children will be then entitled to use the facilities of the club only upto a maximum of sixty days during the year, i.e. for thirty days without the payment of Green Fees and for another thirty days with payment of Green fees. I / We acknowledge and authorize the management of the club to convert into Indian Rupees the interest-free security deposit paid by me/us in foreign exchange immediately on its receipt and on the Expiry of the term or earlier, as the case may be, to refund without any interest the balance (as reduced by debits / outstandings) of the interest-free security in Indian Rupees only, by cheque / demand draft or by the remittance into NRO account or any other mode as per the sole discretion of the managament subject to the law governing such refunds to non-residents for the time being in force.

I / We further acknowledge and undertake that this refunded security deposit amount shall not be repatriated from India by me / us.

In the event of my death Mr./ Mrs./ Ms.___________________________________________________________________________ should be admitted as a member for the unexpired period of my membership who alone will be entitled to get the refund of the interest free security deposit in Indian Rupees as aforesaid.
